People like Faina Bransky stood accused of ‘crimes against humanity’ and called war criminals. It was more an obfuscation policy, obscuring the truth by focusing on other less significant facts – like standing in a room with an elephant while talking to a blind man about the weather – Martin called it Holocaust obfuscation. Current day Lithuanians, the holocaust omitted from their textbooks, were astonishingly ignorant and easily manipulated. He did anything he could to hurt the Jews. And the world didn’t even notice, it didn’t care, it never did and it never would, a fact Martin found slightly frustrating. The world was focused on the Middle East and oil. Martin went about his business unobstructed like a little Lithuanian Hitler.
