It was being asleep that Jurgi most feared. It was here where he could not order his subconscious to forget. It was during his sleep where the images of the consequences of his past showed their face. It was here where he had no control over the reigning in of the truth. His only escape was to temper the dreams with barbiturates and tranquillizers that calmed the assault.
